Our policy is as follows:
You have a max of 30 business days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 business days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 business days from the purchase date will be accepted.
1. Return & Exchange Steps:
(1) Confirm the quality problem → Contact our customer service → Exchange the item
(2) Confirm the quality problem → Contact our customer service → Return the item
(3) Confirm the quality problem → Contact our customer service → Refund
Please contact our customer service as soon as you find the quality problem of the received item.
Please provide the order number, SKU item number, picture of defective items to our customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond to you within 2 business days (9:00 - 16:00 GMT+8).
2. Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-Fulemefoot items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 business days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 business days after your order was first placed.
4.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to Room 605 (trustee 0683), Rixin International Business Center, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province
4.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.3 No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
4.4 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Size Problem
You can exchange to right size if the product's size is different from its product page described and does not fit you. But the order can't been canceled especially for one-size item since we have showed pictures and its description on each product's purchasing page.
Refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product.
Quality problem does not include any size, color, and material aberration from the buyer's imagination since we have showed pictures and its description on each product's purchasing page.
7. Cancel Order
We may cancel your order upon your request within 24 hours after we have confirmed your order and payment.
Please notice that we cannot accept exchange or cancellation after your order has been shipped.
